CHECK IN PROCEDURES
- the Metra Parking Lot, Lake Avenue in Wilmette
(Please be aware that the Wilmette Police Department will relax parking regulations for the duration of the Festival. Please be considerate. Don’t block driveways. Fire hydrants are sacred. You want your customers to have the most convenient spaces!)

ARTIST PARKING: City Hall Lot - directly south of the Festival on Saturday AM DO NOT USE CHASE BANK LOT! That is for the French Market and your customers.
IF YOU NEED HELP, ASK FOR IT! We have a strong, young staff to help you.
- After 6:00PM on Friday, September 10th go to the WELCOME BOOTH and pick up your packet. BE SURE to take out the ARTIST CARD and put in on your dashboard! If you have more than one vehicle ask at the desk for another card.
- A Volunteer will help you find your space if it has been vacated by the commuters. The pavement will be marked with gaffers tape and have the booth numbers. If you have to wait (Hopefully not too long!) This is the price we pay for being in the center of town!
- Unload as quickly as possible and park your car in the adjoining lots or on the street. Please don’t leave your vehicle in front of your site.
- Please display the black and white name sign on the front of your tent with the booth number.

AWARD CEREMONY, Sunday, September 12th 8:00AM -9:30 AM including breakfast! Be prompt! Photographs will be taken and used throughout the year and to advertise next year’s Festival. THEY ARE IMPORTANT! Please hang your ribbon prominently in your tent. Good luck!
